Return policy details
These products have a 5 year exchange warranty on Manufacturing Defects if serviced to Australian Standards. They also have a 14 day money back return policy from date of purchase as long as the product has not been damaged and is in an as-new condition( Please bring proof of purchase). Returns need to be sent to our  Dandenong Warehouse. Postage or Freight costs are the buyers responsibility.
